Are these monthly fees the total cost, or do I pay extra for ads?
The monthly package fee is for our work—strategy, content, management, optimization, and tracking. Ad spend (what you pay Google, Meta, etc.) is separate and goes directly to those platforms. We'll recommend a budget based on your goals and competition, but you control it and pay it directly. We never mark up ad spend.
Why is there Specialty and Core pricing for each tier?
It comes down to competition. A plumber in Austin competes with 500+ other plumbers; a land surveyor competes with about 20. More competition means more content, more ad testing, and more ongoing optimization—so the price is higher. Same package, scaled to your market reality.
Do I need Phase 1 if my website and Google profile already exist?
Maybe not. Some businesses come to us with a solid foundation and skip straight to a package. Most don't—even sites that look fine usually have speed issues, broken tracking, weak messaging, or an under-optimized Google Business Profile. We'll tell you honestly which one you are after a free audit.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Our packages are monthly with a 30-day notice to cancel. We don't believe in hostage contracts—if we're not delivering value, you should be able to leave. That's also why we put pricing on the website: we want clients who chose us, not clients we trapped.
What does "1:1 market exclusivity" actually mean?
At GET LEADS and DOMINATE LOCALLY tiers, we won't work with your direct competitors in your service area. If you're a plumber in Austin on one of those tiers, we won't take on another Austin plumber. BE SEEN doesn't include exclusivity, since it's a lighter-touch tier and conflicts are less of a strategic issue.
Can I move between tiers if my needs change?
Yes. Most clients start at GET LEADS, then either stay there long-term or graduate to DOMINATE LOCALLY as they scale. You can move up or down with 30 days' notice. The only constraint: if you drop below GET LEADS, we may need to release your market exclusivity if a competitor reaches out.
How quickly will I see results?
Depends on the channel. Google Local Service Ads can drive calls within days—we've delivered 36 calls in 11 days for a towing client. SEO and Google Maps optimization typically take 60–90 days to show meaningful movement. Content and authority building compound over 6–12 months. We set channel-specific expectations up front, not vague promises.
What if the foundation work costs more than expected?
We quote Phase 1 after the audit, before any work starts. The number we give you is the number you pay—no surprise overages. If we discover something mid-project that genuinely changes scope, we'll talk to you before doing anything that affects pricing. That's it.
