Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for barkmediasolutions.com, run by BARKmedia Solutions in Dripping Springs, Texas. We wrote it in plain English on purpose. Here's what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Contact forms. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect your name, email, company, and whatever you write in your message. Some forms also ask for your phone number and website. This goes to hello@barkmediasolutions.com and angela@barkmediasolutions.com so we can respond to you.

The Local Visibility Scorecard. If you take our free scorecard, we collect your answers along with your name, email, company, and phone number (optional). We use this to send you your results and personally review your submission.

Call booking. We use Calendly to schedule calls. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling details. Calendly has its own privacy policy that covers how they handle that information.

Analytics and cookies. Our site runs on Squarespace, which uses cookies and collects standard analytics — things like which pages get visited and how people find us. We also use advertising pixels from LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These help us understand whether our own advertising is working. They may use cookies to do that.

What we do with it

We use your information to respond to you, review your scorecard, schedule calls, and understand how people use our site. That's it.

We reply to inquiries by email. We don't add you to a marketing list just because you contacted us. If you become a client, we'll email you about your account and your work with us.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Not to data brokers, not to other companies, not to anybody.

Your choices

If you want to know what information we have about you, or you want it deleted, email us at hello@barkmediasolutions.com and we'll take care of it. You can also block cookies in your browser settings if you'd rather not be included in analytics.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
